For this piece, Soos tackles the issue of China's contribution to global warming. Pronounced "Chi" as in Tai Chi. It signifies the last breath of air from the duck as the world melts to a pond due to global warming. The duck is so hot that his last breath was fire. Here's Steel Dan's description of this piece.
